Christmas is my favorite holiday because it is the most loving, generous, and warm-hearted time of the year. It is the time of year that I spend with my family and friends.
It all starts almost a month before the Christmas tree assembly, which is funny. I particularly love Christmas decorations. I always had this time with my mother. We joined together to decorate every part of the house. Today I bring this with me and decorate everywhere in my home, remembering those moments with love inside my heart.
Considering my family loves to eat, my mom cooks many delicious dishes. She usually cooks rice, flour with bacon, potato salad, BBQ, roasted turkey, and my adorable favorite apple dessert for Christmas eve dinner. After ensuring everyone gets enough food, we all join the living room to open our presents happily around the tree.
